Acceptable Use Policy
In short: use Pixatom to review and test your own product flows. Do not use prototypes to trick real people, do not upload what you have no right to use, and do not try to break or misuse the service.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Pixatom, including people who open a shared brief or prototype.
1. Test prototypes
Prototypes are for testing ideas with people who know they are taking part in a test. You must not use them to:
- collect real payment card details, passwords, one-time codes or other sensitive information;
- pretend to be a company, brand or person you do not represent, or make anyone believe a prototype is a live product;
- run phishing, scams or any other deceptive scheme.
Only use a brand, logo or product name in a prototype if it is yours or you have permission to use it, for example as an employee or agency of that company.
2. What you put in
Do not upload or enter content that:
- you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or confidentiality;
- contains other people's personal data that the audit does not need, or any special category data such as health records;
- is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or promotes violence;
- contains malware or code intended to harm systems.
3. Using the service fairly
Do not:
- try to get around audit or prototype build limits, billing or access controls;
- share your account, resell access, or use the service on behalf of others in a way that avoids buying a plan;
- access the service by automated means, scrape it, or overload it, except through features we provide for that purpose;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- reverse engineer the service, copy its evidence library, or use its output to build a competing product or to train AI models;
- try to make the AI produce content that breaks this policy or the law.
4. Reporting security issues and abuse
If you find a security issue, or see Pixatom being used against this policy, email hello@pixatom.app. Please give us a reasonable time to fix a security issue before you share it publicly. We will not take action against good-faith reports.
5. What we do about breaches
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, disable shared links, limit features, or suspend or close the account involved. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to closure without a refund.
