Prices in US dollars, charged monthly in advance until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the month you have paid for. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
Before you pay
Every new account can open a finished sample audit: the questions, the flow map, the gaps with their evidence, the two options, the prototype and the test plan. You can agree with gaps and log results to see how it feels. Nothing is charged and no card is needed.
There is no free trial of the paid plans. Instead, every account can walk through a demo audit for free after signing up: a complete sample audit with every step filled in, so you can see the flow map, the gaps, the brief and the prototype before you pay. No card is needed for the demo.
Each new flow audit you start counts as one audit, from the moment you start it. Reviewing gaps, sharing the brief, logging test results and reopening past audits do not count. Deleting an audit does not give the audit back.
Your audits reset at the start of each billing period, which runs monthly from the day you subscribed. Unused audits do not carry over to the next period.
Each time Pixatom builds the test prototype for an audit, or changes it at your request, counts as one build for that audit. Starter includes 8 builds per audit and Pro includes 12.
You can upgrade to Pro at any time, or wait for your next billing period. Your existing audits, briefs and prototypes stay fully usable.
In the app, open Billing and choose Manage billing. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel in a few clicks. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. After that your account becomes read-only: you can still open and share your past audits and briefs.
Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance and are not usually refunded for part of a month. There are exceptions, for example if you were charged by mistake. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the details.
Yes. Switch between Starter and Pro from Manage billing in the app. Stripe shows any amount due before you confirm the change.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a fee.
You pay by card through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the payment; Pixatom never sees or stores your full card number. Receipts and invoices are emailed to you and are available in the billing portal.
Plans are for one person for now. Briefs and prototypes can be shared with anyone by link. If you need several accounts, email hello@pixatom.app.
